Vincent Azzopardi

Vice President of RCM

Vincent Azzopardi serves as Vice President of RCM at MBW RCM, based in Walled Lake, Michigan, where he leads end-to-end revenue cycle management strategy from patient access through collections. He partners closely with the CFO, COO, and clinical and operational leaders to drive key performance metrics — net collection rate, A/R days, clean claim rate, and denial rate — while focusing on process improvement, automation, payer relations, and vendor management.

Vincent brings more than two decades of revenue cycle experience to the role, built almost entirely at Coronis Health. He rose from Department Supervisor — a role he held for over 17 years overseeing training, client services, software implementation, and compliance initiatives — to Director of Patient Revenue and ultimately Vice President of Systems and Innovation, where he led enterprise-wide innovation strategy, identified emerging industry trends, and worked with internal and external stakeholders to modernize systems and processes.

What distinguishes Vincent's approach is a genuine enthusiasm for problem-solving and continuous improvement. Colleagues would describe him as perceptive, adaptable, and assertive — someone who thrives on taking on new projects, learning from others, and applying that knowledge to drive measurable results for both his team and the organization.

Outside of work, Vincent is an avid outdoorsman who plays recreational hockey and is a dedicated reader, with recent favorites including Endure by Cameron Hanes, America Before by Graham Hancock, and Can't Hurt Me by David Goggins. He holds a degree in Engineering Design from Wayne State University and an Associate of Applied Science from Henry Ford Community College.
