Paul Levine is a strategic finance executive and CPA with more than 20 years of experience scaling private equity- and venture-backed SaaS and HealthTech companies. As SVP Finance at MBW RCM, he brings a track record of partnering closely with CEOs and boards to build finance organizations that drive predictable growth, capital efficiency, and enterprise value.
Most recently, Paul served as VP of Finance and Corporate Controller at Iodine Software (now part of Waystar), where he helped scale revenue from $20M to over $130M while achieving 40%+ EBITDA margins and a Rule of 60+ profile. He led investor diligence processes that resulted in multiple $1B+ valuations and ultimately a $1.25B acquisition, building accounting and FP&A teams from the ground up and unifying SaaS KPI reporting across ARR, retention, NDR, and bookings.
Before Iodine, Paul spent over 13 years at Lifesize, Inc., advancing from Accounting Manager to Controller/Director of Accounting, and began his career as a Senior Audit Associate at Deloitte. Across these roles, he has developed deep expertise in financial infrastructure buildout, forecasting and capital strategy, board and investor communication, and M&A diligence and integration.
Paul holds a Master's in Public Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a BBA in Accounting from Kansas State University — a foundation that underpins his focus on helping growth-stage companies scale with financial discipline.
