At Coronis Health, she was instrumental in establishing the physician division and later served as President, where she nurtured talent and prepared the business for sale. Prior to this, as Director of Operations at North Shore Pediatric Therapy, she managed multi-disciplinary clinical and business operations across multiple clinics, overseeing everything from billing and compliance to employee retention. This hands-on leadership, combined with her foundational experience as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, gives her a comprehensive, operational perspective that bridges clinical needs with business strategy.
