Prior to this, as Director of Operations at North Shore Pediatric Therapy, she managed multi-disciplinary clinical and business operations across multiple clinics, overseeing everything from billing and compliance to employee retention. This hands-on leadership, combined with her foundational experience as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, gives her a comprehensive, operational perspective that bridges clinical needs with business strategy.
